Postage and Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

When will my order be shipped?

  • The same day if the items are in stock and your order is received before midday.

Where can I have my item delivered?

  • Delivery can be made to your home, work or a neighbour if you prefer.

What happens if I am not there to have my order delivered?

  • Your parcel may be returned to the delivery depot for re delivery or returned to us.

Can I buy Gift Cards online?

Do prices include VAT?

  • Yes

My country is VAT exempt; do I still need to pay it?

Can I pay by cheque?

  • We no longer accept payment by cheque as it will delay delivery considerably.

Do you accept purchase orders?

  • Please call us for information, if you are unable to track your parcel with the tracking details we supply.

I want to cancel my order

  • Call or email us with your cancellation. This may not be possible if the goods have already been despatched.

I want to add something to my order

  • Call or email us with your addition. This may not be possible if the goods have already been despatched.

My VAT number needs to be included on my order, can you do this?

  • Yes, please make a note of this with your order.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

  • Please call to ensure that we have the goods you require on stock.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

  • Withing 2 hours. Please call to ensure that we have the goods you require on stock.

Returns

I no longer need my item

  • Please return the goods in saleable condition. Pack them in the same way as they were received to ensure safe transit.

What is your returns policy?

  • Please see our returns policy in our terms and conditions.

My order has arrived damaged

  • Please inform us as the order is received. Arrangements can be made for a replacement.

The item I have ordered is faulty

  • Please inform us as the order is received. Arrangements can be made for a replacement.

How long will my refund take?

  • Please allow five working days.

I’ve lost my receipt can I still return my item?

  • Yes, we will have a record of your order.

Do you refund postage charges?

  • No.

Are there any products that can’t be returned?

  • Any products that have been deemed to be used once they are opened (For example DVD’s) Cannot be refunded unless they remain unopened. See our terms for full details
