The eyes have been developed to exhibit additional detail, with a slightly raised sclera to offer a more realistic profile for many species of fish. The eyes can be rotated when set to give expression to the model. They can be used for many species

The diameter of the eye is measured at the widest point and is accurate to +/- 2% as a general estimate. These eyes are sold in pairs.

Fixing

Eyes of all kinds can be fitted in many different ways. If the eye is to be fitted into a wood substrate (stick making, carving or similar) then a glue such as a two-part epoxy glue can be used. If something with a bit more body is required clay can be used or an epoxy putty can be used such as Apoxie Sculpt.
